WAES takes in unwanted and/or abused pet birds. Members open their homes and their hearts to foster these birds until a permanent, loving home can be found.

NOTE: In order to adopt a bird, you must be a member of the WAES organization with a satisfactory home study on file. Adoption applications will not be considered unless you are a member in good standing.

Application	Interested in adopting? If you are a WAES member in good standing, you are eligible to adopt! Fill out the online form - you will be contacted by our rescue director.
Foster Guide	Learn about fostering birds for WAES.
Volunteer	Volunteer to care for a bird until a permanent home can be found. You will be contacted by our rescue director.
Donate Bird	Let WAES help you place your parrot in a new home.
